Believe me, it’s one of the best tea recipes I’ve ever
shared and I’m already addicted to it.
Let’s get started making Apple Tea Recipe
Take a saucepan and add two cups or 500 ml of water.
Turn on the heat and let the water come to a boil.
Then add slices of one apple with peel on that is an apple
with the skin along with the apple, add a stick of cinnamon. Now cover the
saucepan with a lid and let it boil for 5 minutes.
You can also add one teaspoon of cinnamon powder instead
of the stick.
Do ensure to wash the apple properly to get rid of the wax
coating on it and take off the seeds.
I recommend using organic apples as they don’t have the wax
coating and are also pesticides free.
Vitamin C in Apple boosts immunity and
helps an effective weight loss.
The polyphenols in apples lower LDL cholesterol and promote
Apple also has natural sugars which regulate your blood
thus making it safe for diabetics.
After 5 to 6 minutes or when apple slices turn soft,
then it’s time to turn off the heat.
Now strain off the liquid using a strainer and keep aside
the apple slices & cinnamon stick.
Shift the water to a carafe and then dip in 2 green tea
bags. Also, add the juice of half to one lemon depending on the size.
Now cover the carafe or the jar and let the green tea steep
for 5 to 7 minutes.
Later, take out the tea bags and pour tea into a cup.
In the end, add one teaspoon of any good quality
honey and our apple cinnamon weight loss tea is ready.
Color of this tea will appear rose gold or pretty pink
color tea, it will not just look tempting but taste delightful
too. The flavor and aroma are out of the world.
Green tea in this tea will act as a bonus weight loss agent.
It will boost your metabolism and increase the breakdown of excess fat.
Lemon juice will balance your body’s PH level
and pectin fiber will fight hunger cravings. But if you are allergic to lemon
then skip this step.
Honey and cinnamon also make a good combination when it

Do ensure to use a good quality pure honey. You can reuse the cinnamon stick and green tea bags for the second batch of this tea.

day in between the meals that are two hours post breakfast and two hours
